I should be sleeping and yet I am not tired.

I went out this evening and had dinner with a friend then went to drinks with other friends.(Okay so I had water while they drank, but still.) It was cool to see people and Heather got me a cool gift of a new tarot deck. It is kinda pink in color but cool. I will see how it works. I can't say right now. She got it because it had pink and purple on it. Silly I know, but I am going through a phase. She is also going to make me a pink flames bag to put the cards in. Spiff!

I talk to Thanis for a bit tonight. Still feel odd about the whole thing, but he is very nice and sweet and ... well just a cool person to talk to.

Life is good and I need to go to bed as I have CPR training in the morning and babysitting at night. Too much cool stuff. And this weekend is 12th night if I can get my stuff togeether. We shall see.
Okay going now. God I love the rain!

12th night, like shakespeare?? in kc they have a way cool shakespeare festival, heart of america shakespeare festival, i can no longer go anymore ( got a little too involved with a heavy hitter with the festival, to go now, would be in bad taste ) however, great festival. last year, they did caesar, and i went on the last night. i went 4 times, but closing night in particlular, well, the weather was not cooperating. but rain never fell, and when we are at the scene where the big storm is befalling rome the night prior to caesars assasination, well, the trees were swaying wildly, there were cool breezes, lightining, and even thunder. check out their website, it is kcshakes.org. well, take care. i am watching this thanis and rosered situation unfold, and all i can say is. ........cool.

Okay Jon. Thanks for the encouragement. You don't have to keep telling me. I understand.
I am hopeful, but not holding my breath either way just yet. I am not saying "This is not happening." I am however saying,"We'll see." I have been through to much to just jump with out really looking at the situation. So, please don't push to hard. (But hugs for the encouragment).

As to 12th Night, it is an SCA(Society for Creative Accronims, I think it stands for) event. It is like a recreation of the Shakespeare 12th Night I think, but I don't know. This will be my first SCA event so I will post on Sunday all about how it went. I am a Renaissance Geek. In general, ren geeks and sca conflict with each other. Ren geeks say"We are more histocial. You are just Fantasy geeks!" SCAers say"You guys are to historical! We wanna have fun." Now mind you there are issues with both sides, as some SCAers are super historical and some Ren geeks are not historical enough. But that is a debate I don't like to particiapte in unless it is about costuming. Then it is on! So I don't know exactly what we wil do but I am going to see some friends sing and I plan to have lots of fun. It is an indoor event which helps as it will be raining all weekend. Again I will post once I get back on Sunday as to what we did exactly. Thanks for the info about the KC Shakespeare stuff. I will go look it up. hugs indeed. glad to see all is well in rosered land. checked out the site......cool. i am going to try and go to a couple of other renfests next year. i have been to the maryland fest, the pennsylvania faire, and of course, the one in kc. pennsylvanias is cool, marylands is so so. next year i wanna go to the one in north carolina. there is a webpage you can look up that lists them all worldwide. cool. well, cheers!!
