It is great to have visitors.

It is great to have visitors to remind us of why we love where we live so much. I had Brian here for the last 4 days and he and I got to go do a bunch of stuff. We went to Alcatraz, Winchester Mystery House, The City, and just run around my "Back Yard" if you will. It made me appreciate how beautiful and great my hometown is. It made me understand why I still live here when I could live in NJ or Washington, DC or even TX(family in all those places!). I am just a Bay Area Girl and I love it here.

Brian was nice and I am sure we will be great friends, but I think he needs a girl from KC to really rock his world. I hope he finds her soon. I am glad he enjoyed his visit and I would like to go see where he lives, but it probably won't be until Sept to go to Ren Fest in Kansas. I just have no free time till then(I got told I will be working most of the summer!) Oh well.

Off to bed then to work then to pack for Faire this weekend! Elevations and such! Black Rose wine to look forward to from a Princess! I can't wait.

happy to see you two hit it off, he really is a great guy, with a heart of SOLID GOLD!!!!! hey, ren fest, i am hoping to go with jackie ( my wife ) to renfest in the fall. perhaps we can all hook up?? that'd be cool. i know what you mean about the whole appreciating your home.....although i feel that way about dc and new york. when someone comes to visit, i am having a love affair of sorts with the city.
