Wow. It has been a long few days.
The wedding went off smashingly. I was complimented by the on site coordinator, and the DJ(Not perry!). The bride looked lovely and the groom beamed with pride. The bridal party voted the "maid of honor" off the island! Oh my! It was just beautiful. I will try to find a good shot of the happy couple to post later.(Hey photojuba! Can you help me out here?)
Then Tuesday was Fast Times At Ridgemount High! That movie cracks me up still!![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
juiceweasel, "snoopy42,"keshian, Jeff Normann, Jeff Latte and Marti all came out to see it! It was fun to realize where each of us were in 1982. But it was cool to see all these young actors and realize where they are now. I mean Nicolas Coppola aka Nicolas Cage was in it! Forest Whitaker, Eric Stoltz and Anthony Edwards and so many more! And one of my favorites, Jennifer Jason Leigh. Hee hee so fun. So very 80's as well. (I mean how many young women didn't want to be Pat Benatar in 1982!)
Then the rest of the week... well work was busy but okay. My co teacher will be out this week because she is having her wisdom teeth pulled. So just me and a teacher's aide. Oh well, good thing I have Friday off for SLO Fair.
Friday was try to get oil changed, but no can do. Wal-Mart doesn't have 2000 Saturn car tech. just yet. So it is oil change on Monday I guess. Then Home and watching Tenchi and Macross Plus! Those shows Rocked! And Sharon Apple~ wow. Love the music. Keshian, can I borrow then soundtracks? Yeah!
Sat. was Shopping and then dinner at my sister's work, Fonda, in Albany. Nice to visit her and hang out. Today is going to Marti's to trim down a dress for this weekend and may be a movie tonight. We shall see.
I am excited about going to SLO Fair as the Southern Italians will be up visiting. I can't wait! Hi Pax if you are still out there. Hugs!
Then on the 21st, I am off to see my dad in NJ! I will be gone a week then back to work and life then it is Sutter Creek Italian Fair, followed by Pittsburg Scottish then a weekend off to then have Golden Gate Fair! Oh my, so busy!
Well off to lunch and sewing. Hugs all!
