Well life is going well. I love my job even when I don’t get to do the actual job I am being paid to do. I spend more time substituting than actually being a family advocate. Oh well, as long as it is noted. I did get my review and it was very positive. I am truly enjoying being here even with all the crazy scheduling and such.
Life at home is well. We are moving forward I think. We are dealing with issues of what others have said in the past and realizing two different things were said to me and others. I was a little frustrated by this realization. Some one I thought was a friend really wasn’t. And now I am aware to the depths that went. Also thought it was one person when it was really this other person. Of course the best thing is that it is cleared up and a fresh start may be made I hope. At least this is my plan.
And I am excited about the up coming months. I have fairs to work and attend, I have a new costume to make, and friends to see as well as a plan to see my mother, aunts and sister in GA (unless I find out I can’t afford it as it is a little last minute). I am looking forward to some other challenges as well with work and life, but it is all a growing process and I believe I am up for the adventure!
I hope you know that “Just because you are unique it doesn’t mean you are useful!” Thanks Snoopy! I have been thinking of that a lot these last few days!
