So I am late on posting about this....

But I wanted to mention that in the vain of KalendarGirl's F***** up Lyrics I think there should be a F***ed up Album category.


So I give you Kelly Clarkson's Breakaway.

This album is trip through a woman's break up and how she realizes by the end of the album it is her fault he dumps her. I mean she has the strong "Since U Been Gone" then later "Where Is Your Heart?" song of how she felt the man in her life was never really honest with her then into "I Hate Myself for Losing You" with lyrics like the following:

And there is a live version of Beautiful Disaster" which ia a lovely song, but man.. this album is way depressing if looked at as a whole. She has a lovely voice but really I don't want to ever hear my sweetheart or a friend's sweetie saying "I dedicate this song to you...here are the lyrics that just say it all"

I saw this an thought of the first album I ever bought was:
The Mary Poppins soundtrack.

Yep! Jolly Holiday and Feed the Birds are still in my brain when I hear them. I played the record (It is a big vinyl disk that has music on it. Think CD only bigger and more breakable) until it was so scratchedit really didn't play.

I still know more of the words than I care to admit. Believe it.
