So I did karaoke at the cafe on Friday night and I got to sing for about 1 hour by my self. Now this seems like "Well it is karaoke, so why wouldn't you sing?" but I am the host so I rarely get to sing much less alone. However it was a very slow night. So I got to practice! Yeah! "Diamonds are a girls's best friend" and " Little Bitty Pissant Country Place" were sung! I do a mean Dolly Parton if I say so myself. (NOT just the body) and I had a blast even though we made very little money.
This weekend is faire. It is in San Louis Obispo(SP) and it is a hot but fun faire. I am working on making a new costume and updating the one I have so I can have two costumes, one for each day! I can't wait to finish them.
I am still without a car. I am being told that I may just have to fix it myself. That isn't great but it will have to do. I am still glad I wasn't hurt. It is just a pain in the a** is all. Does any one know an inexpensive body shop or one that will take payments!(I know... just asking).
