Went to my last ren. faire of the season and had fun. Got to watch my GM ride in the joust and he did great. It was very cool. I got to talk to POP and she is pretty niffty. I hope she will be willing to let me pick her brain for info about faire and such. Also blew his mind by him coming in to see what Puppy and I were watching and watched him explode and say we couldn't camp together any more! "Is it Human? It is tasty!"
Life is okay. I have been soooo busy and work has been a bit crazy! I might have a permenant location. Keep your fingers crossed.

The man and I are doing okay. His birthday was nice. We went to see his parents and it was nice. I am not sure what we are doing for thanksgiving, but I hope he knows it doesn't matter as long as we see each other.

I have to decide about an issue with reguards to my second home. I have been replaced and and don't like the way it was done. Notice I am not upset about being replaced just the way it was handled. It hurt as I was here for 4 years and in 3 months I was replaced by someone who yes can spend more time than me but who just seem to push her way into this home of mine. Yes everyone is welcome but you don't just push your way in and ignore the people who have been here a long time and who care and have cared for far longer than others. Okay done now.

I don't think she has pushed her way into anything, hon. I've had some jealousy issues regarding her, but it's not that she's pushing. It's that she's fucking perfect and that everybody, even the old timers, love her to death. Yeah, it can be irritating sometimes. But it's not her fault that she has extra time and energy to spare towards the cafe. It's actually a good thing. It's making our second home a better place because things that need to be done are getting done, right and on time. Yes, some of us who have tried to help see ourselves as failures because we couldn't do what she is doing. But that's not what it's all about. It's kind of like nursing....a 24 hour job. And when one shift ends, the next one has to pick up where the previous one left off.

I hope that when your anger subsides you can see it this way as well.

I love you.

Sorry to have missed you

Wish I could have been at Kearny, but since I was horribly sick and it was raining I figured it would be a really baaaad idea. Will have to content myself with other things in life I suppose. *hugs* Say hi to Tom and Perry for me.

Sorry to have missed you as well. We need to plan a get together and Karaoake night!

How's life? What's up with you and HIM? Are you really starting your own guild? If so, what kind?
*hug you back*
