Insanity in Oakland

So my sister had a suprise party for he husband because she decided that they would get married in Reno and not have a big wedding. So They invited a bunch of people they work with, his family, our family, and some neighbors. I was late by about 2 hours because of work and I really didn't want to go. But I went any way. My mom comes out to greet me with"Why are you so late?" And "Kelly really wanted you here!!!" Well she gave the same speech later that evening but in the "Kelly was so glad you came" version to some one else that I knew the set up. I love my famliy, I just always like them. And of course my mom does the whole " I am only in town til...when am I going to see you?" I told her when I was available and to call me. It has been a week and I know my phone works but no call. When I confronted her about that she gives me a story about how she was home all week and I could have called her. And the phone works both ways I said. She said "If that's how you want to see it...." I really hate guilt trips. Mainly because I try to avoid them in real life, but Mom loves them. UGH!!!!!! I need to kill her!!!!!! Okay not really. She lives in Ohio so I don't have to see her but may be once a year! And she doesn't keep in touch. So there you go.... Done venting!
