Okay first GO VOTE TOMORROW! Okay now on to the update.
Let's begin with Thursday was parent conferences at work so no kids! Yeah. Most of the partents showed up! So we got that done. Ijust don't remember Thursday night right now. Hmm well it was something wasn't it? Goodness, a blonde moment! I hate that.(And if you are a blonde and reading this, well sorry but some of my close blonde friends are just as dizzy as this.)
Friday was again parent conferences and got the rest finished. We left a little early and I got to go home and get ready for Pumpkin carving at Mike and Anna's! It was a blast. Perry drove and we got there a little before 6. We helped load up the pumpkin patch(giant plastic tarp covered in pumpkins) and get things ready. Then it was time to pick a pumpkin. I got a nice one and then snuck inside to see if Anna needed help with anything. I got to make garlic bread and visit with Mike. Then it was off to watch the kids carve and we had Lasagna! I got so wrapped up with visiting, I forgot to carve my pumpkin! Everyone did a great job and the 30 pound pumpkin was so cool. Too soon it was time to go home to get ready for Sat.
Sat. I packed up and went to babysit Squishy and we had fun playing and being silly! After I got a Pumpkin smash and read at the park which was very relaxing. At 5:30, I drove to Heather's place to get ready for the party at Bonny and Dawn's! I put on my fairy costume and strippy stockings with garters and all, and helped Heather pick out her sexy evil fairy costume. I learn a new thing about acessories that I didn't know (Yes, Sally those can be used in a ring toss! And Yes, Jim is volunteering to demonstrate!) I felt silly as I just didn't know. Eighties fashion to me, B and D gear to the rest of the world. Okay so you learn a new thing at least once a day, that was mine. Any who.. we get to the party and have jello shots and Dawn is already trying to get people to sing. I picked out a song or two but didn't have to do it as we played Scene It instead and the losers had to drink! Silliness was had by all. Later that night went to Heather's and crashed out.
Sunday we took Dale to Sunday School in SF and she came to my house and fixed my "puter. Then she was off to relax at home and I did the same. Sorry I missed Josh's party, but I had a very nice and relaxing IM conversation with Jareth. Thanks again and sorry about being sleepy later when you called on the phone, but I was a bit tired. Please forgive me and I promise I will be more awake next time.
So today was a friend's birthday. I got him a small gift and card, hope it wasn't too much. I just figured he liked The Wishing Song so he would like the gift. Who knows. I also found out that I am giving mixed signals to a person I don't mean to give. I am trying to cultavate a friendship not go back in time. I miss some things, but so don't miss enough to change the past! If that is not clear I hope some one tells me. I am looking forward to finding a person to share my life with and have them share it with me. Is that wrong or hard to understand? I don't think so, but some one must.
Tomorrow is my first Tarot class at Ancient Ways. I am pretty excited about it and on Wed. we get out grades from out singing mid-term back. The Thursady is see Mark Hamill Day! I then have a day off from activities and it is off to Dickens first rehersal on Sat! I can't wait! I get to singing with the Carolers and Heather! So, now it is time to got read some more Anita Blake and relax until the parents get here so I can go home. Babysitting is fun and nice when you like the family!
