rosered32 | The Wedding was lovely!

Today I was lucky enough to attend the Wedding of Kat and Dan-Joe Lopez.

The afternoon began with getting a little lost as the wedding was out in Clayton. Then The Man and I arrived to Hugs from Jim and hellos from Liana and Rick as well as seeing Dan-Joe in tie dye jeans and a t-shirt. Turns out his family forgot his and his father's tuxs but remembered the kids ones, so the event was put on hold while while the tux was fetched! So we were encouraged to go socialize and chat with the other guest while we all wait. We went down to the wedding site which was lovely. It was a courtyard with a little raised area where nitehunter was getting ready to offiate for the happy couple. Also met bull lady, Gina, who was very nice. And saw Lali and Albert as well as Tanya and Mike and Jim and Mike Ford and AC and a ton of people from Draggin' Bytes. Also saw Jason and Sarah who had wed two weeks before.(Congrates to them!) It was a little cold but a lovely ceremony. Then there was drinks and chatting while the wedding party took pictures. Then dancing and food(very tasty!) and watching the happy couple waltz as their first dance as Mr. and Mrs. Lopez! She was lovely and he hansome but the one that took the cake was the little lady who was the young flowere girl. She was enthralled with the bubbles and made me giggle on more than one occassion.
Overall it was terrific. I am honored to have attended and I hope they are as happy as they looked today even after the tux snafu.
