Donate if you can... help me make blankets if you can't.

Dear Friends,
I would like to ask for all of you who are in my area to bring either a book or a toy  or a $10.00 food gift card for a child to my house between today and next week. (12/13-12/19) 
I work for a Head Start Program and I would like to donate toys to the kids who don't have them. And I have also a teen moms program to think about as well.  So if you are trying to think of something nice to do this season, here is an idea!  I promise you will get to know where your donation is going.  I will post it here.

I will be making blankets(no sewing required!) and such to help out. If any one wants more info on where you can send other donations, give me a call or post here and I will connect you.

I have some coats that will no longer be worn by anyone in my house - can i donate them - i'm sure some of your teen moms could use a warm coat - let me know and i'll get them to you.
