This would have been my responce to an email I received the other day except I did know if it was too much. I just wish to move forward but I don't see that happening as much I I would like it too.... Here is what I wanted to send:
Hi,
Just so you all know, the people who received this were all discussing this. I feel that I appreciate being informed about what is going on in the guild as I really care about it and such. However, I would have like to have been kept out of the loop on this. I also would have liked the whole email that was sent to Matthew along with his response verses the broken version with his answers to have been able to fairly judge what was going if I had to be included in this.
I know that everyone in this guild cares about its continuation as well as what others are saying about each other. I hope that you all can work this out. I personally want to have a great year and I hope you all participate as you see fit. I appreciate each of you for all you do and all your experience. You have much to teach all of us. Yes some of the members of this group need more hand holding than others, but every one of them has good intentions. They need you to guide them.
Please understand that I have heard good and bad about ALL of you. And you have heard similar of me I am sure. I don't care about the rumors or who said what about whom. I don't care if you all hate each other (which I know you truly don't) but I do care that the group I joined 3 years ago keeps its focus that drew me in to be Italian verses any other group. You all had it together then. You all were a disfuctional family but presented to the outside world a united front. Everyone changes and life happens, but the guild as a whole doesn't need to know that "Mommy and Daddy" are getting divorced or what ever you want to call all of this.
I appreciate all of you for all you do and hope you can understand that.I have taken up too much of your time.
