Everyone definitely NEEDS to escape at times. BUT I have read too many LJ blogs from girls who are literally dying to be thin...ieatmywords (for an example). She is an anorexic girl/young woman trying to live up to impossible "images" imposed on women with regard to their weight. It is absolutely heartbreaking to read her journal.
