Check out Richard Streeter. He is a great guy and a wonderful musician(NO we NEVER dated... eeewwww! He is like an older brother to me! Way older!)

hello!

chances are if you're getting this email you already know my music and don't need to be "informed" of who i am or the fact that i'm selling my cd at the link above. nearly everyone on my (e)mailing list already has a copy. what i need is for more people who do not already know my music to go to that page and check it out…and one of the best pieces of advice i've received from the folks at cdbaby.com is; get your audience to work for you, just a little bit.

so i'm asking all of you, my audience and friends, to help me out just a little bit. i don't want to get spammy, and i definitely don't want to start an annoying chain letter, but i would appreciate it if you'd forward this email to, say, 5 people who are probably not on my mailing list already but might be interested. it doesn't matter if they actually live around here or not; even if they can't attend my gigs they can still buy my cd online, and that's the only profit i make from my music anyway. if they're interested enough to buy my cd or visit my website, i may get them on my mailing list (anyone who uses the email prompt on my website will get on the list). at the moment i have about 60 people on my mailing list; if i could get five more from all of you, that could make my list over 300 names long, and THAT would surely be a huge help!

my plans for my music would be helped along a lot by this sort of exposure. my website is still in the process of being updated (although the email prompt always works and is the same address as this email, subhemia@gmail.com, and my cdbaby page is always available) my current music plans are;

-- kat of kat's coffee has kindly offered to allow me & my "unband" to rehearse at her place, and we're taking advantage of that offer to get the rust out and learn some more songs...this of course will lead to more gigs at places like kat's, panama bay, and so on, soon to be announced.

-- i'm trying to put together a live album of songs recorded at the now legendary draggin' bytes cafe back in '04 by my friend steve on his minidisc player...the recording quality is not the greatest but I hope we can clean it up enough to make an album that at least the old draggin' byters will want to own.

-- carl and i, who you may recall as "hofmann's bicycle" from the old draggin' bytes days (and possibly even from the days of basset books, way back when) are talking about making an album as well. i would like to call it "hofmann's bicycle rides again"- but that, of course, is just me.

so there you are. any help along these lines i can get would be much appreciated!

So get on his email list and check him out. His current CD is awesome and I was a t the DragginBytes show the live album will be from. It was very cool. Give his music a chance and stop by his site!(Thanis Heard the CD and said he liked it so all you KC people ask him!)

Thanks for stopping by
